Scorpion Cigarette Holder No. 24 is a one-of-a-kind meerschaum cigarette holder, carved by hand at the White Earth Atelier workshop in Eskişehir, Türkiye.
The form is shaped around the scorpion motif, worked in relief from the solid block.
Genuine block meerschaum is carved, not moulded. Pressed meerschaum is made from offcuts bound together; this piece is cut from solid material, which is what allows undercut detail to survive.
