This site does not have accounts, a cart or a checkout, so it collects very little. This page says what it does collect and why.

What you send us
When you contact the atelier by WhatsApp or email, we receive whatever you choose to send: your name, contact details, the piece you are asking about, your country and any reference images. That information is used to answer you and to carry out an order or commission. It is not sold, published or shared for marketing.
Reference images sent for a commission are used to quote and carry out that commission only. Tell us if you would prefer the finished piece not to be photographed for the catalogue.
Analytics
If analytics is enabled, this site records which pages and catalogue items are viewed, which galleries are opened and which enquiry buttons are clicked. Those events carry catalogue identifiers only.
- We never send message contents to analytics.
- We never send names, email addresses or phone numbers to analytics.
- We never send uploaded files or search text tied to an individual.
Third parties
WhatsApp and email are operated by third parties under their own privacy terms. Fonts and images on this site are served from this domain, so browsing these pages does not call out to a third-party host.
Your rights and how to reach us
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, by writing to info@whiteearthatelier.com. We will respond within a reasonable period.
