The atelier ships internationally from Eskişehir, Türkiye. It does not claim to ship to every country, because import rules for this category vary and it would rather decline an order than fail one.

Destination is confirmed first
Before accepting an order, the atelier confirms that it can lawfully and reliably ship to your specific destination. Please include your country in your first message.
Carrier, cost and expected transit time are quoted per destination at the time of enquiry rather than published as a table here.
Packing
Every piece travels in a fitted case, sized so the object cannot move inside it. Movement in transit is the most common cause of damage to a carved piece, so this is not optional packaging.
Customs, duties and taxes
Import duties, taxes and customs charges in the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient. The atelier declares shipments accurately and will not undervalue a declaration on request.
Damage in transit
If a piece arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and the piece before unpacking further and contact the atelier immediately. Claims depend on evidence gathered at that point.
