Floral Cigar Holder No. 2 is a one-of-a-kind meerschaum cigar holder, carved by hand at the White Earth Atelier workshop in Eskişehir, Türkiye.
The carver has set the floral against ornamental detail, cut into the same block.
Block meerschaum is a hydrous magnesium silicate mined near Eskişehir. It is soft enough to take fine detail when freshly worked and hardens as it dries, which is why this kind of relief carving is possible at all.
