Carved in Eskişehir from genuine block meerschaum, Pegasus No. 1 is a single, unrepeatable meerschaum pipe.
Pegasus carving runs across the bowl and shank, cut from the same block rather than applied to it.
The material is sepiolite — block meerschaum — taken from the seams around Eskişehir. It cuts cleanly when damp and firms up as it dries, holding detail that would crumble in most stone.
