Knight No. 9 belongs to the atelier's portrait work: one block, one carver, no two pieces alike.
The knight is worked directly into the block, so the carving and the bowl are one piece of stone.
The material is sepiolite — block meerschaum — taken from the seams around Eskişehir. It cuts cleanly when damp and firms up as it dries, holding detail that would crumble in most stone.
This piece is documented in 12 unedited photographs so the carving, the grain and any natural marks in the stone can be judged before you enquire.
Exact measurements, stem material, filter fitting, weight and case are confirmed individually before dispatch — each piece is measured by hand rather than listed from a template. Message the atelier on WhatsApp or by email quoting PORT-09 and we will confirm availability, the full specification and delivery to your country.
Availability and delivery
This is a one-of-a-kind piece. Availability is confirmed personally before any payment is discussed — messaging the atelier does not reserve or purchase it. Shipping is quoted per destination once the country is known, because import rules for this category vary and the atelier confirms it can fulfil an order before accepting one.
